Casting Manager for E-commerce Brand

We are looking for a full-time Casting Manager who can independently find, manage, and coordinate UGC creators for our brand's advertising campaigns. If you are passionate about creator relationships and have a knack for finding talent that delivers results, this might be the job for you!

Our Brand:
We are an e-commerce brand looking for a dedicated individual to build and manage relationships with content creators. We need someone with excellent communication skills who understands how to match creators with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:
- Find Talent: Find and recruit UGC creators that align with our brand vision
- Match Ad Batches: Effectively pair creators with our ad batches based on style and content needs
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with our creator network
- Oversee Seeding: Manage our product seeding process and track creator engagements
- Track Performance: Monitor creator performance and provide feedback to optimize content
- Collaborate Closely: Work with our team to ensure creator content meets brand standards and campaign goals

Requirements:
- Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator relations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized with follow-up and tracking abilities
- Understanding of social media content trends and UGC best practices
- Ability to work part-time initially (trial period), with potential for full-time
- Fluent in English

Pay:
Your pay will start at $8/hour during a 2-week trial period. Upon successful completion and transition to full-time, compensation will be $1,300/month. Performance-based incentive bonuses are available for each successful creator you bring on board.
