Virtual Assistant YouTube Manager

Are you detail oriented and a clear communicator? We are looking for a Quality assurance manager to proofread video scripts and quality check YouTube videos. This is a full-time YouTube Manager opportunity. The purpose of this role is to ensure our scripts and videos are polished, engaging, and ready to go viral. This role also involves uploading finalized videos to our YouTube channels, ensuring every detail is accurate and optimized for success.

Responsibilities:
- Script Review: Proofread scripts and provide constructive feedback to writers.
- Video Review: Watch videos to check for errors and note discrepancies, and provide clear feedback.
- Team Management: Maintain strong communication with the freelance team of writers and video editors, in addition to maintaining our SOPs up to date.
- Video Uploading: Upload finalized videos to the YouTube channels with titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and thumbnails.

Requirements:
- Experience in proofreading, editing, or writing.
- Experience in video editing faceless videos.
- MUST have strong attention to detail.
- Understand the fundamentals of YouTube CTR, retention, and hooks.
- Clear and professional communication skills for giving feedback and communicating with the team.
- Complete a QC test to assess your skills.

Pay:
- $2.50 - $4.00 USD per hour
- Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.
- Must have a Payoneer in your name linked to onlinejobs.ph.
- Growth opportunity based on performance.
- About 30 - 40 hours a week and flexible hours.
