We are looking for a responsible and skilled Virtual Assistant who can help us organize our bookkeeping files, manage our OneDrive folders, and assist with light design and admin tasks.
You will support the owner of a group of companies based in Europe, working with different businesses (real estate, retail, lifestyle brands).
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
Organize receipts, invoices, and bank statements
Prepare monthly files to send to our accountant
Sort and clean up our OneDrive folders
Help manage Trello boards and Notion documents
Create basic graphics (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must Have:
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Experience with Microsoft OneDrive
Comfortable using Trello and Notion
Knowledge of Canva or similar
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Preferred:
Familiar with construction, real estate, or retail documentation
Has worked with foreign clients (Europe/US)
Job Details:
Part-time: 5–10 hours per week
Long-term job (minimum 6 months)
Salary range: USD $4–$8/hour depending on experience
Time zone: must be available at least 1–2 hours/day during CET working hours
