About Ground Up Construction
Ground Up Construction is a results-driven shell contractor specializing in structural, interior, and selective demolition projects across the South Florida. We operate with precision, compliance, and safety at the forefront of every scope. As we scale operations, we are seeking a seasoned Proposal Specialist / Shell Estimator to join our preconstruction team and drive project acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate with Proposal Manager to obtain accurate technical data
*Analyze and review project plans, specifically architectural and structural plans
*Develop and manage a proposal schedule with clear task ownership and deadlines
*Produce a clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that effectively present the company’s qualifications
*Ensure that the proposal is delivered according to the company/client’s instructions and before the deadline
*Perform shell estimation based on template accurately
*Submit bid proposals on-time and daily, total of 5 proposals per week

Qualifications
*With Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering
*Background with construction industry, on-site
*Able to read plans accurately
*Attention to details
*Able to do shell estimates
*Technical writing skills
*Planswift experience is a plus
