Our team is currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing and Reconciliation Clerk to join us remotely. If you have strong organizational skills, a good eye for numbers, and experience with invoicing and account reconciliation, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview:
As our Invoicing and Reconciliation Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and timely processing of invoices. You’ll work closely with senior staff and suppliers, helping to keep our financial systems smooth and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices for review by senior staff using AroFlo
Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and up to date
Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments professionally
Enter supplier invoices accurately into our system
Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in invoicing, reconciliation, or general accounting
Familiarity with AroFlo (preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be available to work during Sydney, Australian business hours
