We are looking for an experienced customer service assistant who:
? Understands ecommerce & dropshipping customers
? Has 2+ years experience in CS for ecommerce
? Is an expert in Re:Amaze (you know it inside out)
? Can handle high ticket volume with a positive tone
? Takes full ownership — we don’t micromanage
? Writes perfect English ? clear, friendly, professional
? Knows how to handle returns, refunds, disputes with smart communication
? Works fast, accurate, and independently
? Understands that CS is a key driver of our brand reputation
What You Will Do
- Manage customer support in Re:Amaze
- Answer questions, resolve issues, turn customers into fans
- Handle refund/return/cancellation requests professionally
- Collaborate with operations & fulfillment
- Monitor reviews & feedback — take proactive action
- Help improve processes and customer experience
