JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing service business based in California, and we’re looking for a high-performing full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. You’ll help manage admin tasks, respond to inbound leads, and support our marketing and sales operations. We’re looking for someone who is driven, reliable, and hungry to earn — someone who shows up professionally, takes ownership, and is excited to grow with us long-term.

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inbound leads primarily via Instagram DM's
Setting appointments and following up with leads
Updating CRM and tracking lead progress
Submitting daily reports on activity and performance
Supporting social media inbox and message management

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Reliable high-speed internet and backup plan
Professional attitude and consistent work ethic
Full-time availability
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
Previous experience in appointment setting or customer support is required
