We’re a UGC ad agency that creates scroll-stopping, high-performing content for global e-commerce brands.
We’re looking for a **fast, reliable, and creative video editor** who knows how to cut native-style TikTok ads that *don’t feel like ads*.
???? **Work Setup**:
- Remote, part-time (long-term if we vibe)
- Must be available during **SEA timezone working hours**
- Paid test project to start
???? **What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Editing short UGC ads (under 1 min) for social media
- Each ad has 3 hook variations, exported in **2 formats**: vertical (9:16) and square (1:1)
- Working closely with our Creative Director on Slack
- Delivering edits within **48 hours** turnaround
???? **What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience editing UGC / TikTok-style ads
- Strong sense of timing, hook delivery, and platform-native trends
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable
- Portfolio with performance metrics is a **huge plus**
???? **Payment & Volume:**
- $20 USD per ad (3 hooks + 2 sizes)
- Expect 30–40 ads per month ? around **$600–$800/month**
- Paid test required before scaling up
