We are looking for SELF MOTIVATED, DETAIL ORIENTED/THOROUGH, QUICK LEARNERS who work responsibly with minimal guidance and supervision in quick paced environments. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations behind the scenes to help keep the business running smoothly. MUST HAVE customer service, email, and social media management experience and be proficient in Go High Level CRM and automation workflows. MUST speak and write English fluently.

Primary responsibilities:

- Responding to emails and basic customer service inquiries
- Social media management
- Managing charge-backs and customer claims
- Organizing and preparing weekly/monthly revenue reports
- Supporting and nurturing email marketing campaigns
- Maintaining workflows and automations within Go High Level CRM
- Ad hoc request

? Ideal Candidate Has:

2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

Excellent written and spoken English

Proficient in Go High Level (CRM & automation workflows)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems

Self-motivated, dependable, and good at managing time

Flexible part-time — 20 hours per week. Some overlap with EST time zone preferred
