Female Influencer Outreach Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Starly Inc. is a growing digital talent agency that works with influencers and social media creators. We help creators grow their platforms and income through strategic partnerships and support.

About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Email Outreach Assistant to connect with potential creators through personalized cold emails. Your job is to research and identify creators who meet our criteria, gather their contact details, and send targeted emails inviting them to learn more about our platform.

What You’ll Do
-Research creators on TikTok and Instagram
-Collect email addresses and relevant profile details
-Send 50–100 personalized outreach emails per day using templates
-Track and organize leads in Google Sheets
-Update CRM records in PipeDrive after successful contact
-Coordinate with our team to send Loom videos and scheduling links
-Submit daily activity reports in Slack

What We’re Looking For
-Strong written English (grammar, tone, and formatting)
-Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
-Experience in cold emailing or lead generation is a plus
-Organized, proactive, and able to follow detailed SOPs
-Consistent and reliable with daily outreach volume
-Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic tools (training provided)

Who You’ll Be Reaching Out To
-Female creators, ages 18–24
-TikTok following between 100,000 and 10 million
-Content focused on lifestyle, beauty, fashion, dancing, or music
-Must have a public Instagram account
-Aligned with our agency’s values and brand style

-PipeDrive (CRM – training provided)
-Calendly (appointment scheduling)
-Slack (team communication)
-Loom (used by our internal team to send videos to leads)

-$3-5 USD/hour
