JOB OVERVIEW

???? Responsibilities
GHL Setup & Workflow Automation
Customize pipelines, tags, custom fields, forms, and smart lists


Build workflows for lead follow-up, attribution tracking, testimonial requests, referral nurturing, etc.


Create and test GHL landing pages and connect with tracking/analytics tools


System Integration & Automation
Use Zapier or native integrations to connect:


Carrot (website forms)


Social platforms (FB, IG, GMB)


Airtable or Google Sheets


Ad platforms and analytics (FB/Google Ads, UTM tracking)


CallTools and other dialers/CRMs


Develop fallback systems (e.g. Sheets ? GHL imports) if direct syncs are unavailable


Data Management & Reporting
Maintain clean tagging and contact roles (agent, seller, buyer, JV, lender)


Implement attribution logic and dashboards (UTMs, source tracking, market filters)


Build smart lists for KPI visibility by VA, lead source, and contact type


Training & Documentation
Finalize SOPs for each system, workflow, and team task in GHL


Train generalist VAs on contact usage, tagging, task tracking, and campaign execution


Maintain an organized system inside GHL for reviewing and improving workflow performance

GoHighLevel (CRM + Social Planner + Landing Pages)


Zapier (Required)


Airtable (for tracking social content + workflow logic)


Carrot (Website lead source)


Google Suite, Facebook/IG, and other ad/social platforms



???? Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven GHL experience – You’ve built workflows, pipelines, and automations before


Familiarity with Zapier, Airtable, and basic webhooks


Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead pipelines, and CRM logic


Experience supporting real estate, digital marketing, or service businesses is a plus


Organized, self-managing, and skilled at documenting and improving systems


Communicates clearly and documents workflows well for training VAs



???? Logistics & Compensation
Start at 20 hours/week with the goal of full-time


Work is mostly asynchronous, but you must have some availability during U.S. business hours


Competitive hourly rate based on experience and responsibility level
