Product Sourcing Assistant

We’re hiring a virtual assistant to help us source and order trading cards. You’ll receive a task list through google sheet, including specific card names or product SKUs. You’ll start with 10 hours per week, but we expect to expand this to full-time (40 hours/week) within 1–2 months based on performance and workload.


Your job is to:

• Search and buy cards from different sites (using our account)
• If items are unavailable or expensive, compare and buy from eBay
• Evaluate price, shipping time, and seller ratings to choose the best deal
• Log each order in our tracking system (Google Sheet)
• Report completed tasks and purchases

Requirements:
• Solid written English
• Experience buying from eCommerce sites like Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.
• Highly reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel

Bonus Points:
• Past experience with trading cards, sports cards, or collectibles
