Yardi Voyager 7S Lease Audit Specialist - Commercial Real Estate (Project-Based)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Yardi Voyager 7S Lease Audit Specialist to help us review and validate lease data for our commercial real estate portfolio. This project involves comparing lease information entered in Yardi Voyager 7S against actual lease agreements to identify discrepancies related to rent, terms, expense reimbursements, and other key provisions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience navigating Yardi Voyager 7S and a strong understanding of commercial leases (retail and office). You must be able to read lease documents, spot inconsistencies, and document findings clearly in Excel or a similar format. Prior experience with U.S. commercial properties is a plus. This is a remote, project-based role with flexible hours.
