Graphic Designer Needed: 2D House floor plan for print media brochure

I am looking for someone with strong design skills, the suitable applicant will have a firm knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Be able to decipher information from sometimes minimal plan information. The ability to trace the plans supplied in various formats. Adhere to the style template that is provided.

Some common sense is required to extrapolate information from the brief.
We are also looking for someone that will look beyond the obvious and identify any issues with the task at hand.

Typically a plan will go from the PDF to JPG and needs to have the same brand elements applied to each one.

The successful applicant will be considered for ongoing plan drawing amongst other roles.
