Virtual Assistant – Canva Marketing & Outreach Support (Part-Time | $2–$5/hr)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and resourceful virtual assistant with strong English communication skills and experience in Canva-based marketing, general digital marketing, and cold calling.

This remote role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, creating promotional content in Canva, and supporting outreach efforts to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support, can manage administrative tasks with ease, and is confident making outbound calls.

This role has growth potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Design social media graphics, flyers, and promotional content using Canva

-Write marketing captions and simple copy using AI tools like ChatGPT

-Make cold calls to potential leads and follow up with prospects (scripts provided)

-Maintain outreach lists and track engagement in Google Sheets

-Assist with social media scheduling and light campaign support

-Provide general marketing and administrative support

-Organize files and folders in Google Drive

Requirements:

-Excellent written and spoken English

-Strong Canva design skills

-Confident and professional phone presence

-Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.)

-Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

-Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented



Bonus:

-Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

-CRM or lead tracking experience

-Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

-Background in sales, marketing, or creative work
