JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing real estate photography business that prides itself on delivering high-quality visuals to our clients. We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is eager to help us streamline our operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to Work in Central Time (10 am-1 pm. CST...Monday-Friday): Since most of our clients are based in this time zone, we need someone who is ready to work when we are.

Ability to grow: this position may offer more hours as our team and clientele increases.

A Positive Attitude: We’re all about keeping things friendly and supportive, and we want you to be a part of that vibe.

Flexibility & Adaptability: Every day might bring something new, so we need someone who can roll with the punches and tackle whatever comes their way.


You’ll Be Doing:

*Client Acquisition: Use our Instagra ---------- thod to send outbound messages and help us connect with potential new clients.

*Emails, DMs & Text Messages: Manage communication with our clients, keeping them informed and satisfied. Book appointments and schedule photoshoots.
