JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an Airtable and ---------- automation expert to help maintain and scale the backend of our company’s operational brain. You’ll work directly with me, Michael — CTO & Co-Founder of Renjoy. We manage nearly 200 short-term rental properties, and Airtable powers the systems our team relies on daily — from housekeeping to maintenance, finance, and guest experience.

This role is not for front-end builders or casual Airtable users. We need someone who deeply understands linked tables, field types, data relationships, and how to build reliable, maintainable automations in Make. Someone who thinks like a backend engineer, not a designer. If tight schemas, normalized data, and error-free automations bring you joy — you’re in the right place.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain, clean, and refactor our existing Airtable base with hundreds of fields and complex linkages
Build and maintain ---------- scenarios using multi-step logic, routers, filters, webhooks, and APIs
Design user-friendly Airtable interfaces and views for non-technical teammates
Document systems clearly and help future-proof infrastructure
Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend backend automation improvements
Work carefully and precisely to protect data integrity — no careless edits

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Advanced Airtable skills: schema planning, interfaces, formulas, views, linked tables
Expert-level ---------- scenario building
Extreme attention to detail and naming conventions
Analytical systems thinker — break big processes into clean, modular components
Fluent written English — clear, professional communication
Full-time availability with at least 4 hours daily overlap (10 AM–5 PM Mountain Time)

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
Supabase, Vercel, or other backend tools
Slack, Notion, API connectors, or data validation
Basic scripting or JSON familiarity
UX intuition for interface clarity

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$1,500–$2,400 USD/month based on experience
13th-month pay and PH holidays
Flexible schedule with 4+ hours of US-time overlap
