Application Specialist (Insurance) — Client Onboarding

About Us
The Cash Compound (aka The Banking Bros) helps families implement the Infinite Banking Concept. We’re hiring a detail-obsessed Application Specialist to quarterback client applications from first onboarding phone call to completed DocuSign—accurately, politely, and on time.

Workload & Rhythm
• ~30 applications/month
• ~30 minutes per application
• Daily follow-ups: ~1 hour/day
• Must overlap with 9am–5pm EST for live client calls & team syncs

What You’ll Do
• Call clients to gather application details and verify info
• Enter data into secure carrier/online forms with zero errors
• Manage email threads with clients, internal team, and carriers
• Generate, send, and track DocuSign packets to completion
• Keep status trackers/spreadsheets current; no application falls through the cracks
• Post concise updates in Slack/GHL and close loops daily

Must-Have Experience
• Insurance or Financial Services (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED); life insurance preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident phone presence
• GoHighLevel (GHL)—contact management, notes, tasks, pipeline updates
• DocuSign, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets
• Highly organized, dependable, self-directed; follows SOPs precisely
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
• Comfort handling sensitive Information; willingness to sign NDA

Nice to Have
• GHL automations, pipeline hygiene, basic reporting
• Light spreadsheet formulas/filters; mail merge tools

What Success Looks Like (first 60 days)
• 95% of apps submitted within 24 hours of receiving complete info
• <1% data-entry errors (name, DOB, SSN, bank, beneficiaries, etc.)
• 100% of assigned follow-ups logged before 6:00 pm ET daily
• Applicants/clients rate call quality 4.5/5+

Compensation
• Competitive hourly (contract). Include your hourly rate (USD) and weekly availability in your application.
