About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong creative direction abilities who thrives on autonomy and delivers exceptional results with minimal oversight. This role is perfect for a self-motivated design professional who can seamlessly blend strategic creative thinking with hands-on execution across graphic design, content creation, and web design.
What You'll Do
• Create compelling visual designs across print and digital media
• Design and develop web layouts, interfaces, and user experiences
• Produce diverse content including graphics, layouts, branding materials, and marketing collateral
• Provide creative direction on projects while executing design work independently
• Collaborate on brand strategy and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Stay current with design trends and implement fresh, innovative approaches
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
• Strong graphic design foundation with expertise.
• Web design capabilities responsive layouts, and digital design best practices
• Content creation skills across various formats (social media graphics, marketing materials, digital assets)
• Creative direction abilities - you can conceptualize and guide visual strategies independently
• Self-direction and problem-solving - you identify design challenges and create solutions without constant guidance
• Drawing skills and artistic ability
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, web design tools, and relevant design software
Experience Requirements:
• At least 1 year in graphic design with creative direction experience
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, and content creation projects
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing design projects from concept to completion

Position Details
Compensation & Schedule:
• Starting rate: $3/hour
• Raise consideration after one month based on performance
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
