Franchise Sales Manager/ VA

We are hiring a Franchise Development Manager for Touching Hearts at Home, a leading senior home care national franchise. The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for developing and qualifying a candidate pipeline to facilitate new franchise sales. The position will work with prospective candidates and guide them through the initial discovery process, leading to awarded franchises to qualified candidates. The Franchise Development Manager is someone that is driven to succeed, a team player, has the highest integrity, and is skilled in communications.

Qualifications and Duties

• Qualification of franchise sales leads from multiple lead sources
• Work with inbound, outbound, and broker leads.
• Drive the sales process from initial introduction call to booked appointments.
• Telemarketing for franchise sales.
• Generate new lead opportunities to achieve or surpass company goals.
• Maintain legal compliance with all current laws, rules and regulations covering franchise sales and disclosure.
• Develop and execute sales messaging through various mediums.
• Identifying, qualifying, and educating franchise prospects.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and phone.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) skills for tracking and reporting on sales activities and results.
• Strong sales/CRM database experienced required.
