Lead Motion & Video Designer (Full-Time, Remote)
We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our video editing agency. You will turn our founder’s ideas into engaging promotional videos and motion content, while guiding and mentoring junior designers at a partnering company all communication to juniors will go through you.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead production of promotional videos and motion graphics from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with the founder to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Develop guides, presets, and workflow systems for junior designers
• Teach storyboarding, asset preparation, and motion design basics
• Hold regular meetings to explain motion design concepts to the founder
• Foster a supportive, patient team environment
Requirements
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong experience in motion design, video editing, animation, and 3D design
• Ability to create training materials and presets for team use
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Patient, collaborative, and organized
• Must have your own access to all necessary software
• Willingness to complete a skill-based assignment as part of the application process
Compensation
• 360$ USD/month(salary will increase after 3 months to 650)
• 42 hours per week
• Fully remote
