Are you organized, people-savvy, and ready to grow? Clean Facility is hiring an HR/Operations Manager to help us build strong teams and smooth systems. You’ll start by leading hiring and HR — and grow into managing operations as we scale.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems fast, and isn’t afraid to take ownership.

What You’ll Do (Starting in HR):
-Find and hire great people (especially our “Cleaning Rockstars”)
-Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding
-Keep our hiring tools organized and up to date
-Help with payroll, timekeeping, and compliance
-Support a great experience for every candidate and tea ---------- mber

As You Grow, You’ll Take On:
-Managing schedules and daily team tasks
-Supporting cleaning crews remotely
-Tracking and fixing service issues
-Communicating with HR, sales, and marketing
-Monitoring supplies and solving day-to-day challenges

You’re a Great Fit If You:
-Have experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
-Speak and write fluent English (C1 level)
-Respond quickly and follow through every time
-Are empathetic but assertive — you care and you get things done
Love solving problems and keeping things organized
-Are ready to grow into a bigger role over time
