Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant – MSP Experience Essential (8hrs/week)

Moreton Bay IT is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing VA to own and manage our content and lead generation strategy.

About Us:
We’re an Australian MSP supporting SMBs with Microsoft 365, cloud security, SharePoint, and managed IT services. Our focus is building long-term client relationships through proactive support and high SLAs.

What You'll Be Doing (Solo Operator Style):
Plan and manage a monthly content calendar
Write and design social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook)

Write and format blog posts (based on IT pain points, best practices)
Create and send client emails or newsletters (Mailchimp or Outlook)
Maintain our Google Business profile with fresh content
Track engagement and adjust content based on analytics

You’ll love this job if you:
Have worked with MSPs or understand IT services (EDR, M365, SharePoint, RMM, etc.)
Know how to write in a clear, professional, and non-technical tone
Are comfortable using tools like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
Are self-driven, creative, and know how to get results with minimal direction

Potential long-term, remote role.
Approx. 8 hours/week to start, with flexibility in schedule.
