Virtual Assistant for Digital Product Business (Spiritual / Manifestation Niche)

I’m seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage my digital product business. You will handle tasks like customer service, product uploads, social media scheduling, and light Canva graphic design. This is a long-term, part-time position with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Gumroad, Sellfy, and Payhip product listings
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
• Schedule and post Instagram content (using Later or Planoly)
• Create simple graphics using Canva (quote posts, product promos)
• Track sales and prepare weekly reports
• Engage with followers on Instagram (comments, DMs)
• Maintain and update email list
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:
• Excellent written English
• Experience managing Instagram content and product listings
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro preferred)
• Familiarity with Gumroad, Sellfy, or Payhip is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and daily availability
• Strong organizational and reporting skills

Preferred Location:
Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, India, or any region with cost-effective rates.

Hours:
5–10 hours per week to start (flexible)

Compensation:
$4–$6 per hour (based on experience) + potential bonuses based on performance
