Outbound Appointment Setter (No Hard Sales)

I’m looking for someone to make outbound calls to business leads (mostly direct to decision-makers or controllers) and set short intro meetings. No hard selling – your goal is simply to schedule a 15-minute call so I can see if we're a good fit.

I’ll provide the script and the leads. Most calls will go straight to decision-makers (minimal gatekeepers). You’ll need to be confident, professional, and able to handle minor objections with soft rebuttals. Fluency and clarity in English is important.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls using provided list
– Use provided script to schedule intro meetings
– Track call outcomes in a shared tracker
– Deliver soft rebuttals to minor objections
– No aggressive closing or selling required
