Thank you for looking at this job posting! We are seeking an experienced Head Media Buyer to join our dynamic team, specializing in scaling campaigns for online course and coaching programs, webinars, high-ticket offers, and strategic funnel development.

This job requires, at a very minimum:

1. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in media buying, with extensive expertise in scaling large-budget campaigns (30,000+ monthly US ad spend).
2. Specialized experience in online course and coaching program marketing funnels.
3. Advanced proficiency in tracking platforms, with specific expertise in Hyros.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
5. Strong understanding of funnel strategy, particularly for high-ticket offers, webinars, and book funnels.
6. Obsessive attention to detail and ability to drive campaign optimization.
7. Confident decision-making skills with a proven track record of improving KPIs and benchmark metrics.
8. Proficiency in tools including High Level, ClickFunnels, Asana, and HotJar.
9. Basic to intermediate copywriting skills.
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and account managers.
11. Experience working in remote teams, participating in tea ---------- etings and contributing thoughtfully
12. Extreme self discipline and motivation to do your best work in all you do

A perfect candidate would also have (these are NOT required; just preferred):

1. Experience with Google and YouTube ads.
2. Advanced copywriting skills.
3. Certifications in digital marketing or media buying.
4. Previous leadership experience in marketing teams.
5. Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization.
6. Experience with SLO (Self-Liquidating Offer) funnels.

*Strong analytical skills are crucial.
*Experience in coaching or course marketing is a significant bonus.
*Some weekend work will be necessary during specific campaign launches
