What You’ll Do
Build and optimize funnels inside GoHighLevel

Construct backend automations for lead flows, appointment sequences, and CRM management

Create high-converting ad creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma

Call outbound and follow-up leads to book prepaid appointments

Build tracking dashboards, SOPs, and performance systems for lead conversion and retention

Support the founder in launching and scaling new patient acquisition systems

What You Should Bring
Mastery in GoHighLevel (GHL) — automation, funnel, website, and CRM expert

Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and B2C outreach

Experience designing email campaigns, workflows, and nurture sequences

Ability to build from scratch: systems, scripts, SOPs, dashboards

A builder’s mindset — initiative, ownership, and strategic problem solving

Comfortable working independently, managing your time, and meeting high expectations

Bonus Points For:
Background in healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness marketing

Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, or Twilio

Ability to manage offshore support or sales teams

Strong English communication and confident phone presence
