Youtube VIdeo Editor

I am a US based employer looking for a youtube video editor to edit and caption one long form, one short form, and one thumbnail every week. Estimated time commitment is 10-12 hours per week. You must be highly proficient in english because the videos require an in-depth understanding of the english language. Some training will be provided, but experience is preferred. Final cut pro and CapCut experience is preferred. All editing is fairly simple, but can be time-consuming. You may set your own hours as long as you are meeting deadlines.
