Social Media Content Scheduler & Creator

**About Us:**
Hello! We are managing social media presences for a handful of clients, from a vibrant YouTube channel hosted by Mario, a Filipino based between Cebu and Seattle. A karaoke themed channel based in Seattle, and an Insurance Agency. We plan on bringing on more clients, and expanding the team. But this all starts with YOU!

**The Opportunity:**
We're looking for a foundational member of our social media team! This initial role is focused on taking charge of creating and scheduling a consistent stream of engaging content across our social media platforms (primarily Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter to start, with potential expansion to others). You'll be working with a rich backlog of existing video content and a strategy that includes themed daily posts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organized, creative, and passionate about Filipino culture to make a real impact on growing channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar for scheduled posts.
* Content Creation & Scheduling:
* Repurpose existing content for social media posts (e.g., sharing older videos with engaging blurbs, and creating shorts).
* Create and schedule daily themed posts, including (but not limited to): Holiday greetings, birthdays of relevant personalities, engaging and culturally relevant quotes, "Did You Know?" facts about Filipino culture/history, Tagalog/Visaya Word of the Day/Week, Filipino Proverb of the Week, OPM Throwback Spotlights, Filipino Food Features, and other themed content as planned.
* Write clear, engaging, and culturally sensitive captions for all posts.
* Source or create simple, visually appealing graphics/images to accompany posts where needed (e.g., using tools like Canva).
* Ensure all scheduled content aligns with the brand voice and values of "Mario's Filipino Channel."
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure content strategy is aligned.
