Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Run and manage social media ads
Identify and reach out to target audiences via social DMs, forums, and
Source and verify lead lists from first home buyer and investor databases
Create and manage landing pages for lead capture
Launch and track
Marketing Support
Schedule and post engaging content across our social media platforms
Assist in producing lead magnets (e.g., guides, checklists, calculators)
Help run and promote monthly webinars or info sessions
Monitor campaign performance (click-throughs, conversions) and make improvements
CRM & Follow-up
Enter leads into CRM (excel for now)
Send follow-up
Book discovery calls into the founder’s calendar
Update Website with Campaigns
???? You’ll Succeed If You Have:
1–2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or real estate lead generation
Strong written and spoken English (marketing/sales tone)
Familiarity with
Some knowledge of real estate, especially first home buyer markets (preferred but not essential)
A self-starter mindset—you enjoy working independently and are results-driven
? Work Structure:
Part-time: 20 hours/week (with potential to grow)
Fully remote (must have reliable internet)
Regular check-ins via Zoom or Google Meet
