We are hiring a full-time Automation Specialist to build, test, and improve cross-platform workflows. This is a long-term opportunity with strong support and a clear path to growth.


YOUR ROLE

Your mission is to develop smart, scalable automations across teams—starting with ---------- and ---------- .

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain workflows in ---------- and ----------
• Connect tools like Dialpad, ChatGPT, Fireflies AI, and others
• Test and monitor automations for consistency and reliability
• Identify improvements and implement upgrades over time
• Document builds clearly and collaborate with operations/marketing leads
• Learn new tools quickly with guidance and real-time feedback


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have:
• Strong hands-on experience with ---------- and/or ----------
• Ability to learn and master new platforms quickly
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills
• Experience building automations across platforms
• Clear communicator, self-managed, and reliable

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, ChatGPT, Fireflies, or Dialpad
• Workflow background in operations, CRM, legal tech, or marketing
• Experience with APIs and integrations (not required)
