We’re a U.S.-based immigration law firm driven by operational efficiency, great service, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and—most importantly—can learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
This role supports client coordination, daily admin, and the rollout of evolving processes across our growing tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally
• Follow checklists, execute workflows, and document outcomes accurately
• Keep internal systems and task boards updated and organized
• Identify and report gaps, errors, or missed steps in automation or tools
• Assist with light testing, task setup, and tracking tool performance
• Stay up to date as systems and tools evolve—and implement new ones with guidance
Who We’re Looking For
• Experience: 2+ years in administrative support or customer-facing roles
• Tech Readiness: You pick up new software quickly and enjoy using tools to stay organized
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English
• Detail-Oriented: You follow instructions precisely and deliver consistent results
• Mindset: You see changes as opportunities to improve—never as obstacles
• Time Zone: Must be available full-time during Pacific Time hours
