Remote Warehouse Assistant (Shopify Experience Required)
Pay: $800-$1000 per month 20-25 hrs per week
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible hours (Must be available for PST-time meetings 1x/week)
Compensation: Performance Bonus Eligible

Responsibilities
Track inbound shipments and communicate updates
Monitor pre-orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Create, maintain, and improve SOPs on Google Docs
Collect feedback from warehouse staff and implement updates
Meet via Google Meet with warehouse staff when needed (PST time zone)
Create and update quizzes to accompany SOPs for training
Update product weights and dimensions in Shopify
Audit shipping rates via Shopify apps and troubleshoot issues
Build and manage Shopify order filters to monitor unfulfilled orders
Resolve lost/misdirected shipments by communicating with carriers
Create daily/weekly to-do lists for warehouse team
Help create KPIs for warehouse team
Take initiative to improve warehouse systems and solve operational issues

Requirements
2+ years Shopify experience (especially with fulfillment and shipping setup)
2+ years Shiphero experience
Experience setting up flows and automation
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet)
