Real Estate Marketing and Sales Manager

We are looking for a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Manager with exceptional English, experienced in Real Estate lead development and follow up. No cold calling, you’ll be working with warm leads only. Your main objective will be to set property owner appointments with our real estate consultants. You will generate leads via:

-Texting
-Email marketing
-RVM marketing
-Direct mail marketing

Opportunity to earn $3,000 per month plus - you just need to know how to consistently produce results.

Who we’re looking for:
- Proven success and previous work in real estate appointment setting
- Full-time availability (40+ hours per week)
- Basic working hours: between 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time
- No other work commitments
- Experience in closing sales

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- You will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations.
- Anticipate and track operational campaigns and provide strategic solutions
- Oversee budgeting of our marketing department, reporting, planning, and auditing, report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
- Develop the short and long-term goals, and assist in managing campaigns
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
- Collaborate with Owner to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
- Systems thinker & Critical thinker
- Self-starter-- can work on new things, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines without direct supervision
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to reach higher goals
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail when managing people and projects
