We’re a fast-growing, high-performance education brand, preparing to launch a coaching program and build a premium funnel system.

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Funnel Expert — someone who can create, refine, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels and landing pages without constant oversight.

You’ll be the engine behind our funnel:

* High-converting lead magnets
* GoHighLevel funnels and automations
* Landing pages, sales pages, and opt-ins
* CRM and backend setup
* Course and coaching delivery systems

**This Role Is For You If You:

* Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, funnel building, and landing page creation
* Have built and launched funnels, email nurture sequences, and high-converting landing pages
* Are strong in GoHighLevel, including setting up forms, pipelines, and automations
* Can execute from scratch or take rough ideas and run with them independently
* Have a great eye for UX and a strategic mind for optimization
* Can write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for pages and funnels
* Are fast, self-driven, and obsessed with clean builds and conversion

**What You’ll Work On:

* Finalizing and refining lead magnets
* Building landing pages and opt-ins using GoHighLevel
* Creating simple yet effective funnel flows and automations
* Setting up email sequences (3–10 emails per funnel) and tagging/segmenting
* Writing copy for emails, pages, CTAs, and headlines
* Tracking actions and optimizing funnels for conversions
* Supporting backend delivery of courses and group coaching programs

**Must-Have Skills:

* Proven GoHighLevel expertise (or similar tools like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, etc.)
* Experience building landing pages, sales pages, opt-ins, and automations
* Strong understanding of email marketing and CRM workflows
* Ability to write conversion-focused headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy
* Eye for design and a sense of what looks clean and professional
* Comfort with tools like Canva, Figma, and basic design work

**Tools You’ll Use:

* GoHighLevel for funnels, landing pages, and automation
* ConvertKit, MailerLite, or similar for email sequences
* Slack and Loom for communication
* ClickUp and Notion for project management
* Canva and Figma for visuals
* ChatGPT (for brainstorming, never full writing)

**Do Not Apply If:

* You’ve never actually built a funnel or landing page from scratch
* You only have basic admin VA experience
* You can’t show samples of live pages or marketing systems you’ve built
* You require step-by-step instructions for each task
* You miss details, struggle with fast turnarounds, or can’t own your work

**Hours
You must be available to work with an overlap between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST / 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. Manila time

**Compensation
