Voice-Based AI Assistant Developer (LegalTech SaaS)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable tech professional to help implement a conversational AI voice assistant for our cutting-edge LegalTech SaaS platform, INTELDAS. The assistant will handle inbound calls from attorneys interested in subscribing to our software and guide them through tiered subscription plan options, platform features and pricing, and FAQs. You will collaborate directly with our U.S. team and be instrumental in building a first-of-its-kind intelligent voice agent tailored for legal professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy a voice-based AI assistant that simulates natural conversations for inbound call handling.
- Integrate subscription plan logic, pricing tiers, FAQs, and basic sales funnel automation
- Ensure natural-sounding voice responses and seamless user experience
- Develop conversation workflows and ensure smooth handoff to live consultants when needed
- Train the assistant with our script, subscription breakdown, and product features
- Recommend and configure the ideal platform (e.g., Twilio Voice, Dialogflow CX, or similar)
- Test and refine to ensure clarity, accuracy, and human-like responses
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team for updates and support

Requirements:
- Proven experience with AI voice assistants, IVR systems, or chatbot development
- Familiarity with platforms like Dialogflow, Twilio, TTS/STT systems, or similar
- Strong command of English, with excellent grammar and voice-user-interface (VUI) logic
- Ability to understand SaaS workflows and sales logic
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, detail-oriented, and available for weekly check-ins

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and scope. Potential for ongoing retainer or contract-to-hire.
