We're Hiring: Part-Time Video Editor (Short Form Content) + Marketing Specialist | Nbrhd Studio

Nbrhd Studio is a social media marketing agency that works with a variety of brands across different industries to create standout digital content. We’re currently looking for a skilled and passionate all-in-one video editor/marketing specialist to join our team on a freelance/contract basis.

We’re seeking a creative who:
- Is skilled in in SEO, lead generation (landing page creation and optimization), email campaigns, converting customers through various marketing campaigns and social media.
- Can deliver high-quality, engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Is fluent in modern editing styles, effects, trends, transitions, and strong with colour grading
- Can handle 15+ short-form videos/month (all vertical format / we shoot the content, and send it to you for editing)
- Is responsive and can turn around edits in a timely manner.
- Knows how to integrate B-roll, high-quality motion graphics, text, and on-brand font styles to enhance storytelling
- Stays up-to-date with social media trends and can tailor edits accordingly
- Communicates clearly and reliably throughout the editing process
- Is open to new opportunities + wants to grow within Nbrhd Studio


Who You Are:
- You have experience in short-form content editing and understand what performs on social
- You take pride in your craft and understand that great editing is about more than going viral—it’s about building community and creating value
- You’re dedicated, consistent, and coachable—with a hunger to level up your skills and grow with a creative agency
- Bonus: Graphic design skills or experience in motion graphics
