SALARY: PHP 80,000/month (approx. $8–$9/hr – with raises based on performance!)

HOURS PER WEEK: 40 Hours

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

WORK TYPE: Fully Remote (Philippines-based talent welcome!)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you the kind of person who knows what’s trending before it trends? Do you scroll through Instagram or TikTok and instantly think, “I can make something bettar than that”? Then keep reading—we want YOU!
We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Manager who’s bursting with creativity, obsessed with social media, and passionate about building brands that connect with people.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill VA gig. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks like a strategist, and creates with heart.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
-Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (and maybe even the next big platform!)
-Writing witty, on-brand captions and compelling copy that gets people talking AND clicking
-Scheduling and managing content so everything runs like clockwork
-Reviewing performance data to make smarter, more creative decisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
-Confident in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Apollo, and reporting tools
-Amazing English communication skills – both written and spoken
-Self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful—you take charge without needing hand-holding
-A team player with a fun, positive attitude (we love good vibes!)
