We’re looking for a reliable and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce team.



Responsibilities:

Handle customer emails, live chat, and post-purchase concerns

Resolve issues quickly and professionally, always with a customer-first mindset

Requirements:

Compensation: $5 per hour
+ Bonus structure based on CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and resolution efficiency
