Hello! I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with tech and admin experience to help build and manage systems for a meaningful new project: the Conscious Parrot Sitter Network and Certification Program.

This is a heart-led business focused on education, animal welfare, and building community. You’ll help set up the digital tools and support backend systems so we can create something beautiful together.

???? Tasks Include:
CRM setup and automations (Katalyst)

Online course setup and uploads (Graphy)

Connecting WordPress (Hostinger) with CRM, email, etc.

Light social media tool integration (optional scheduling support)

Future: Directory or intake form support, YouTube uploads, simple newsletters

???? You Are:
Experienced in tech tools, automation, and virtual platforms

Familiar with WordPress, CRMs, and/or course platforms

Comfortable with light project management and taking initiative

Organized, positive, communicative, and values-aligned

Bonus: You love animals or resonate with mission-driven work

Part-time: Start with 5-10 hrs/week
