**Job Title: GoHighLevel Marketing Automation Expert – Remote, Philippines (CST Shift)**

**Work Hours:** Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Night Shift PH Time). Once trained, 2-4 hours of overlap with CST is acceptable.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re hiring a GoHighLevel marketing automation expert who knows how to plan, build, and execute high-converting campaigns. This is a full-stack marketing operations role where you’ll be responsible for automations, lead funnels, email/SMS campaigns, tagging logic, and CRM hygiene.

This is not a theory job. We need someone who’s already doing this and is ready to hit the ground running.

**Your Responsibilities**

* Build complete funnel systems inside GoHighLevel, including landing pages, form flows, and scheduling
* Create multi-step automations using tags, triggers, conditional logic, and pipelines
* Set up lead-nurturing campaigns using both email and SMS
* Integrate 3rd party apps and tools with GoHighLevel (Zapier, webhooks, calendars, etc.)
* Optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking
* Manage CRM structure: segmentation, tagging, lead scoring
* Collaborate with our U.S.-based team during Central Standard Time working hours

**Minimum Requirements**

* At least 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
* Proven ability to create automated marketing campaigns from scratch
* Strong knowledge of funnel design, appointment booking flows, and follow-up systems
* Skilled in CRM management and list segmentation
* Familiar with marketing best practices for deliverability, open rates, and conversion
* Excellent written and spoken English

* Leads are tagged at each step and moved through the funnel

3. **Portfolio Proof**
Include screenshots or links to GoHighLevel funnels and automations you’ve personally created.

4. **Keyword Confirmation**
