CRO Expert Needed – Generalist Dropshipping Store

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization expert with proven experience in e-commerce (ideally generalist dropshipping stores) to audit and improve our website’s performance across all key touchpoints:

- Homepage
- Product pages
- Cart
- Checkout

Your mission:
Help us boost conversions significantly by applying proven best practices, not guesswork. We are not looking for someone to “test things and see”. We want someone who already knows what works, based on real-world experience and past client successes.

Ideal profile:
• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience
• Track record of increasing conversion rates for e-commerce brands (proof required)
• Expert in UX/UI psychology for conversions
• Familiar with Shopify, generalist product stores & impulse-purchase behavior
• Able to suggest and implement impactful improvements fast
• Fluent in English
