Real Estate Lead Generation VA (Cold Calling & Data Entry)

We’re looking for a motivated virtual assistant to help generate distressed property leads through cold calling, data entry, and light follow-up. You’ll be working directly with a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling company focused on pre-foreclosures and off-market deals.

Responsibilities:
• Call pre-foreclosure and distressed property owners (scripts provided)
• Enter lead data into CRM/Google Sheets
• Tag leads for follow-up
• Skip trace when needed

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English
• Clear communication and reliability
• Prior cold calling or real estate VA experience is a plus
• Must have a working headset and quiet environment

Compensation:
Commission-based: $100–$250 per closed deal (based on lead source)
