Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement automations within Airtable, including record triggers, conditional logic, and time-based actions.
Design and maintain connections between Airtable and
Optimize Airtable bases used for:
Therapy voucher tracking
Grant deliverables and reporting
Volunteer coordination
Training participation and CEU logs
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to ensure data integrity and reduce manual admin.
Collaborate with program tea
Provide clear documentation for each automation and offer ad hoc support/training to relevant staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience building advanced Airtable automations, including use of scripting and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Proficiency integrating
Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
Experience working with nonprofits or in the mental health space is a plus.
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Contract Terms
Hours will vary depending on project needs; estimated 2–10 hours/month to start.
Contractor is responsible for managing their own taxes, tools, and workspace.
