HRD HEAD

-Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Equivalent.
-2 to 3 years Supervisory experience In Manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal management and rewards & recognition programs
-Experience in training programs, and training needs analyst is a big advantage
-Excellent Communication Skills, (Both oral and written), and can relate well with management and employees
