JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to lead and execute digital strategies that drive traffic and sales for our online medical supply store. The ideal candidate has experience in website design, e-commerce SEO, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.

You’ll manage the full digital funnel—from site performance to generating high-quality traffic that converts into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
???? E-Commerce Website Design & Optimization

Design and maintain an optimized, user-friendly e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
Improve UX/UI to reduce bounce rate and increase conversions
Monitor and resolve performance or technical issues
???? SEO & Content Strategy

Perform keyword research tailored to medical products and target markets
Optimize product listings, category pages, and blog content
Monitor search rankings and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
???? PPC & Paid Media Campaigns

Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Optimize ad spend and targeting to drive ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition
Retarget abandoned carts and past visitors
???? Traffic, Analytics & Sales Monitoring

Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms to track performance
Generate weekly reports on traffic, sales, and campaign effectiveness
Identify new opportunities to grow customer base and increase revenue
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent platforms
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven track record in SEO and website traffic growth
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-managed
Bonus Skills:

Email
marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
Knowledge of HIPAA/compliance considerations in healthcare/medical advertising
