GHL + Automation Specialist

702Greens is a fast-growing wellness brand delivering microgreens across Las Vegas.

We’re looking for a systems-minded builder to help us streamline operations using GoHighLevel (GHL), Airtable, Google sheets and automation tools like Zapier or Make.

You should be confident working with customer data, delivery logic, forms, and API connections — and able to build clear, efficient workflows without needing step-by-step handholding.

???? What You’ll Work On:
• GHL workflows for customer communication and updates
• Airtable base to manage subscriptions, orders, delivery zones
• Connect Shopify ? Airtable ? GHL ? Google Sheets
• Automate weekly cutoffs, reminders, delivery triggers
• Support clean data syncs and order logic

? Must-Have Skills:
1. Strong experience with GHL (Workflows, Forms, Triggers)
2. Proficiency with Airtable (views, automations, linked records)
3. Comfort with Zapier, Make, or APIs to connect tools


???? Bonus Skills:
• Shopify or subscription system experience
• SMS automation via GHL or Twilio
• Clean Airtable Interfaces and logical workflow design

• Project-based to start ($75–$150 per task depending on scope)
