About the service

We’re building a digital platform that makes car service simple. Customers book pickup and delivery of their car, we handle logistics, and partner workshops manage the work in their own dashboard. The goal is to remove all friction from the repair process.

We already have:
• Next.js and TypeScript frontend
• Prismic as CMS
• Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, storage)
• An admin dashboard with 3 roles: Customer, Workshop, Admin
• Core logic and data models set up

What we need now is someone who can continue the backend work, fix bugs, improve architecture, and help push the platform towards launch.

Your role

You’ll work on improving and extending our current setup. Main tasks include:
• Continue backend development in Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions)
• Improve and fix existing logic for bookings, workshop workflows and admin tools
• Build and refine APIs used by the Next.js frontend
• Clean up and extend the data model for cars, bookings, users and workshop actions
• Improve role-based access flows (Customer / Workshop / Admin)
• Help make the platform production-ready

You’re a great fit if you:
• Work confidently with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions)
• Are comfortable in Next.js and TypeScript
• Can build clean backend logic for booking/scheduling-like systems
• Have experience with dashboards or role-based platforms
• Work independently and communicate clearly
• Can take over an existing codebase and improve it

Bonus if you:
• Have worked with Prismic or other headless CMS
• Understand UX around multi-role dashboards
• Can suggest improvements to existing architecture
• Have shipped production apps before
