JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast?growing SaaS/agency helping small businesses grow through high?converting, interactive websites and automated marketing funnels. Our secret sauce is GoHighLevel (GHL) — we build custom sites, set up automations, and deliver ongoing lead?generation solutions. As we scale, we need a motivated Personal Assistant to help with website builds, prospect research, and crafting tailored business outlines that speak directly to each client’s pain points and highlight our benefits.

You’ll wear multiple hats:

GHL Website Builder — create and optimize interactive sites/funnels for prospects and clients.
Prospect Researcher — identify and profile potential leads, understand their industry challenges.
Business Analyst & Copy Coordinator — develop concise “business outlines” that articulate each prospect’s pain points and show how our services directly solve them.
This role is 30–40 hours/week (remote), with room to grow into a project?management or account?services position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Maintain GoHighLevel Websites
Design and launch responsive, on?brand GHL websites/funnels from a blank template or custom theme.
Implement interactive elements (e.g., flip?cards, animated gradients, logo carousels, hover effects) to increase engagement.
Integrate forms, calendars (Acuity/Calendly), and payment links so prospects can book or buy seamlessly.
Optimize pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Troubleshoot CSS/HTML/JS issues within GHL’s Custom HTML/CSS panels.
2. Prospect Identification & Outreach Support
Use LinkedIn, industry directories, and social sites to compile lists of potential clients in target verticals (e.g., estheticians, trainers, local service businesses).
Pull company data (size, location, current website) and note any red flags (outdated design, missing contact pages, no SMS opt?in).
Assist with drafting personalized outreach messages that demonstrate understanding of their business and how our services add value.
3. Business Pain?Point Outlines & Benefit Summaries
For each qualified prospect, build a short outline (1–2 pages) that:
Defines their key pain points (e.g., low site conversion, no automated lead follow?up, limited social proof).
Positions our solution (interactive GHL site + automation) as the ideal fix (e.g., higher engagement, fewer manual tasks, clear ROI).
Includes sample section headings, bullet?point benefits, and a proposed “next steps” (audit, demo, proposal).
Collaborate with our copywriter to refine messaging and ensure alignment with brand tone.
4. Ongoing Website & Funnel Enhancements
Monitor live sites for performance issues, broken links, or outdated content, and apply quick fixes as needed.
Implement A/B tests on key pages (headline variants, button colors, form placements) to improve conversion rates.
Keep up with GHL feature updates and recommend new tools/plugins (chatbots, surveys, membership areas) to enhance client projects.
