About the Role:
We’re looking for a part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and aligned with our mission of serving women with spiritual and financial clarity. You’ll work directly with our CEO to manage day-to-day financials, track cash flow, and ensure the business is fiscally sound as we scale.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using QuickBooks, Wave, or similar platforms

Reconcile bank statements and process financial transactions weekly

Categorize income and expenses across multiple streams (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Generate monthly profit & loss reports

Track budgets and support financial planning goals

Keep records tax-ready and communicate with tax professionals as needed

Assist in preparing financial insights and recommendations for quarterly reviews

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (small business or online business preferred)

Are organized, responsive, and discreet with sensitive financial data

Can work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Have experience working remotely and communicating digitally

Value integrity, clear communication, and financial stewardship

Are comfortable working with a faith-led, women-centered brand

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in the coaching, digital course, or service-based industries

Can offer insights for budgeting, profit margins, or launch tracking

Are familiar with platforms like Stripe, Zelle, Wave, or Flodesk (for payment tracking)
